Commemoration

After a long time, he saw his parents together

They held hands and spoke to each other.

Since they had a fight a few years ago,

As they were incensed by each other’s ego.

The scene, he thought was so tear-jerking

His heart came out to them, a feel of stinging.

The crowd gathered as the music commenced,

They walked with an ambiguity they possessed.

Everyone in silence greeted them, alas

A ceremony for commemoration it was.

As the birds were also singing the blues,

He looked down from heaven to muse.
