Guilty

That every minute I thought my life was a waste

I am guilty

That every day I felt my food was boring

I am guilty…

That every moment I cried expecting excess love

I am guilty…

As I realize I am one among the few lucky souls,

To have received a life at least, so prolonged.

As I realise I get something to end my hunger,

Not as those, by the destiny who are wronged.

As I realize I have more than just love, the

Family and friends who care, above and beyond.

To love what you have, to retain what you own,

To accept what you are, to embrace what you feel,

Is when, how valiant an individual you are is shown

When you’re thankful, all the sufferings will conceal…
